Houston, Texas, March 5th, 2009: TechCorr USA, LLC (TechCorr) with corporate headquarters in Pasadena Texas has acquired the assets of Amerco Cylinder Testing & Refurbishment located at 14015 Interdrive West in North Houston. Amerco is a privately held company that has been providing DOT Cylinder Testing, Recertification and Refurbishment for nearly fifteen (15) years to over two-hundred (200) companies located within Houston and surrounding communities. The Amerco facility is set up for high production testing and refurbishment with throughput in excess of two thousand cylinders per week. The Americo acquisition was justified based on the successful integration of Assassin Fire Service acquired in August 2008 which provides similar services within the Texas Golden Triangle (Port Arthur).
