Industrial Services

TechCorr offers a wide range of industrial solutions to our clients using qualified, experienced, certified and reliable individuals that are experts in the subject matter. We offer alternative and cost effective services including but not limited to:

Industrial Cleaning Services

TechCorr has become the leader in inspection technology and now adds the turnkey service by providing the industrial cleaning side.  With the quick turnaround time of most hydroblast projects it is key to have good coordination between the cleaners and the inspection team. TechCorr can provide both services with one contact and a complete coordination that will eliminate standby from either service.

TechCorr can provide hydroblasting services on tanks, vessels, towers and drums and flow right into an inspection to expedite your equipment being put back to use.  We can provide the hydroblasting of a tank from the floor all the way to the underside of the roof if needed.

Man-Way Cannons

The robotic manway cannon is ideal for light end and high vapor tanks that can not be open during cleaning operations due to environmental or safety issues.  This piece of equipment is cost effective and prevents the risk of hazardous vapors releasing to the atmosphere.

Chemical Cleaning

Chemical treatments of tanks are great alternatives for turning what is normally a waste into a marketable product. Asphalt tanks are prime candidates for chemical circulation. With the use of a circulation system and chemical additives, Techcorr can turn asphalt bottoms back into clean oil which will remain in an oil state even when cooled to low temperatures.  This oil can then be routed back into the plant system or sold as a good fuel or bunker oil.  With this process, the need for disposal is completely eliminated and gives a product with value back to the facility.

Vacuum Services

Liquid vacuum services

In support of our well drilling, conventional tank cleaning and hydroblast services, TechCorr has the capabilities to provide vacuum truck services for the removal and transportation of liquid streams.  Often, projects are held up due to the coordination of vacuum truck services, but we at TechCorr strive to provide turnkey services to avoid costly delays and standby charges to our customers.

 Air Moving Services

When the job calls for heavy solids vacuuming, soil removal or pulling thick liquid streams, TechCorr can handle the job.  With the use of a 28” air mover, we can provide vacuum services for your heaviest problems.  Utilizing our hydroblast services in conjunction with the air moving truck, TechCorr can provide hydro excavation services where regular digging is not the best option.

Sewer and Line cleaning

With the leading technology in the industry, TechCorr looks at sewer and line cleaning from a new perspective. The implementation of new robotics, we can perform cleaning and inspection with more efficient ways than the industry standards. On smaller jobs, our hydroblast services along with our vacuum services can provide a cost effective and efficient line cleaning process.

Waste Minimization Services

Due to the rising costs of waste disposal, waste minimization has become a key driver in projects at facilities world wide. Preventing the disposal of stream lines that can be captured and routed back to the facility is a must in today’s times.  TechCorr believes in looking at every project from a waste minimization perspective.

Waste Stream processing is ideal for continuous streamlines such as wastewater systems.  Plants typically get backed up due to large amounts of solids being sent to the wastewater treatment tanks.

Sludge Profiler

Acoustic Measurement of Storage Tank Sludge

The Acoustic Inspection System measures the volume and topology of sludge sediments in the bottom of liquid storage tanks (e.g. crude oil).

The system includes an ATEX inspection tool that is inserted into the tank through a suitable access hole in the roof until fully submerged in the liquid.  The end of the tool has an angled phased array that produces acoustic beams to scan a sector of the tank floor and wall.

The T-Type Acoustic Inspection System measures the volume and topology of sludge sediments in the bottom of liquid storage tanks (e.g. crude oil).

The system includes an ATEX certified tool that is inserted into the tank through a suitable access hole in the roof until fully submerged in the liquid.  The end of the tool has an angled phased array that produces acoustic beams to scan a sector of the tank floor and wall.
